1. After placing the order, we prepare a visualization of the inscription.
2. After your approval, we issue an invoice.
3. Production begins after the payment is credited.

• Memorials are delivered in parts for self-assembly. Instructions are available on our website – we are happy to help if needed.
• Delivery is carried out by an insured courier, ensuring the safe arrival of the shipment.
