Shipping Methods

All our products are carefully packed to ensure their safety during transport. We cooperate with reliable courier companies (including DPD, DHL, FedEx).

  • 🚚 Courier delivery – insured, throughout the country and internationally.
  • 🌍 International shipping – we deliver to Germany, Denmark, and other EU countries.
  • 🏢 Personal pickup – you are welcome to visit our headquarters in Bytom (ul. Drzewna 23) by appointment.

Payment Methods

  • 💰 Fixed bank transfer – after approval of the project visualization.
  • 📦 Cash on delivery – available after a deposit of approx. 30% of the order value.

Safe product shipping

Most of our work is shipped by courier. Larger and heavier elements are shipped on pallets. Each shipment is insured for the full order value.

Products are secured with polystyrene boards, PU foam, tension straps and stretch film. Please unpack the shipment in the courier’s presence.

  • The courier is required to wait up to 15 minutes while you inspect the contents.
  • Delivery on a specific pre-arranged day is possible.
  • Over the past years we have shipped more than 800 packages without damage.

Returns and Complaints

Right of withdrawal

According to European law, consumers have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days without giving a reason.

Important: This right does NOT apply to personalized products made to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his or her individual needs (e.g., gravestones or plaques with individual engraving, pet names, dates, etc.).

Legal basis: Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
